What causes tooth discoloration?
Teeth naturally darken with aging. Over time, staining may be caused by exposure to coffee, tea, soda, tobacco, and certain foods.
What is Opalescence?
A home bleach system containing Carbamide peroxide, which has been used to brighten the smiles of millions of people world wide.
Is the bleaching treatment safe?
Yes. Whitening your teeth, under the supervision of your dentist, has been proven safe in clinical studies. The treatment will whiten your teeth without any damage to its structure. It also holds, the American Dental Association's Seal of Approval.
What is involved in our bleaching process?
Your dentist will take impressions of your teeth. From these impressions, custom trays are made for you. These trays will be used after the Laser Bleaching procedure, for 4 to 5 days, one to two hours daily. Your next appointment will be to complete the Laser Bleaching. Your dentist uses the Laser Light to boost the action of the bleach, giving you instant whitening results. Once completed, you will be given a kit to take with you, containing several syringes of Opalescence Bleach, and your custom trays. The dentist will give you instructions on the use and care of the tray kit. By using Opalescence Bleach after the Laser Bleaching treatment, you will be able to maintain a bright, sparkling smile with little effort, that will last for years.
